The service
EmailKnow is a Gmail extension and companion service that tracks email opens/clicks and sends follow-ups through your own Gmail account, on your instruction.
Tracking is not guaranteed accurate
Open tracking is inherently imperfect. Image proxies (e.g. Apple Mail Privacy Protection), disabled images, and corporate security filters can prevent or distort signals. We label confidence honestly and make no guarantee of accuracy.
Deliverability
Follow-ups are sent through your own Gmail account and are subject to Gmail's sending limits and spam policies. You are responsible for lawful, non-abusive use.
Acceptable use
Do not use EmailKnow for unsolicited bulk email, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Google's policies.
Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
